I am an investment advisor with more than two decades of experience across institutional finance and private wealth. I am also Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Calabar Capital, and author of The Billion Dollar Blindspot.
I received the Women in Wealth Management Switzerland Award in 2025 and serve as a Trustee and Investment Committee Member of the EIRIS Foundation.
A career built around investment advice.
My work has centred on providing investment advice to institutional and private wealth clients, including pension funds, investment managers, individuals and families.
My experience includes managing and overseeing multi-asset-class portfolios, with advisory expertise across equities, fixed income and alternative investments, including private equity and venture capital.
At Credit Suisse (later UBS), my responsibilities spanned client advisory, portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment risk. I helped clients assess opportunities, understand risks and evaluate how their investments worked together to meet their objectives.
Alongside client advice, I developed extensive manager-selection and due-diligence experience, holding formal investment veto rights and reviewing more than 1,000 managers across public and private markets.
Today, I bring that experience to independent advice for individuals and families.

Over the past three years, I have developed specialist expertise in women's health investing. Through Calabar Capital, I bring institutional investment discipline to women's health and healthcare innovation. My thesis, The Precision Premium, explores the potential value created when a more precise understanding of women leads to better healthcare and durable businesses.

My book, The Billion Dollar Blindspot, and continuing research bring women's health into the investment conversation.
